1. OBJECTIVE

Highlight the transparency of WM TRADING’s commitment to ensuring the protection of data provided by data subjects.

Protect the rights of the organization’s members, its customers, candidates and business partners.

Comply with legislation, such as the General Data Protection Law – LGPD, and applicable best practices.

Mitigate the risks of a security incident, aimed at personal data collected and classified according to the requirements of the LGPD – General Data Protection Law.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

DPO:

– Responsible for ensuring compliance with the guidelines of this policy as well as the proper maintenance of the information in this document;

– Foster a culture of data privacy in the organization and assist in the implementation of the essential elements of the LGPD;

– Periodically review policies and procedures related to data privacy;

– Carry out adequate training in data protection for WM TRADING employees;

– Prepare data protection impact report (RIPD or DPIA);

-Maintain an updated record of personal data processing activities under the responsibility of the organization;

– Deal with requests for information, alteration, deletion, portability and access to personal data made by data subjects;

– Receive communications from the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and take the appropriate measures;

– Offer advice in the event of a security incident.

OTHER INTERNAL SECTORS OF WM TRADING:

– Ensure that the necessary resources for the Privacy Program are available;

– Ensure compliance with this policy;

– Support relevant roles in the Privacy Program management cycle;

– Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;

– Prepare data protection impact report (RIPD or DPIA);

– Ensure that all systems, services and equipment used for data storage have acceptable security standards;

– Carry out periodic checks and scans to ensure that the respective hardware and security software are working properly;

– Ensure compliance with data protection principles by company initiatives such as marketing and remarketing campaigns.

· PERSONAL DATA HOLDERS:

– Ensure that the data provided to WM TRADING is accurate, complete and updated.

THIRD PARTIES, PARTNERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

– Comply with the appropriate security standards to process personal data to which they have access, in addition to observing the same data privacy principles that guide WM TRADING’s conduct.

Data Controller: Natural or legal person, governed by public or private law, who is responsible for decisions regarding the processing of Personal Data.

Data Protection Officer – DPO: Person appointed by the company to act as a communication channel between the controller, data subjects and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

LGPD: General Data Protection Law.

Operator: Natural or legal person, governed by public or private law, who processes Personal Data.

RIPD/DPIA: Personal Data Protection Impact Report/Data Protection Impact Assessments.

Holder: Natural person to whom the personal data that is the subject of processing activities refers.

5. PROCEDURE

This Policy covers the treatment that WM TRADING grants to information capable of identifying users, collected directly on our website, customer area, registration form, commercial negotiation, automations and data integrations, these stored in electronic databases through completed registrations or data received via email, integrations between systems, use of systems, among others.

WM does not provide personal information to third parties without due authorization and information that could identify data subjects is not disclosed, except in cases of judicial measure or legal determination.

Acceptance of our Policy will occur when the WM TRADING website, application or services are accessed or used. This will indicate that the user is aware of and in full agreement with the way in which WM uses their information and data, which will be processed based on the General Personal Data Protection Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).
